Takedown and Counter-Notice Policy When we receive a valid DMCA takedown request, we will remove the disputed content in compliance with copyright law. For transparency, we may disclose the details of the DMCA notice, including the complainant's contact info, to the alleged infringer. If your content was mistakenly removed, you are entitled to submit a counter-notice that must include: identification of the removed content and its prior location, your name, mailing address, phone number, and email, a sworn statement under penalty of perjury confirming your good faith belief that the takedown was a mistake, consent to legal proceedings, and your physical or electronic signature. We may restore the content upon receiving a valid counter-notice unless the complainant pursues legal action.
